Dr. Moussa Ayyash, CINSER Director
Dr. Ayyash holds a B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His
research areas include data communication, wireless networking, visible light communications,
network security, Internet of Things, and interference mitigation. He has received
funding from the National Science Foundation, Department of Transportation, National
Security Agency, and Department of Defense. Ayyash is a Senior Member of IEEE, a member
of the IEEE Computer and Communications Societies and a member of the Association
for Computing Machinery (ACM).
Dr. Kimberly Black, CINSER Associate Director
Dr. Black holds degrees in Mathematics and Geography as well as a Ph.D. in Library
and Information Science. Her research areas include critical information studies,
digital inclusion, information equity, educational access, cultural heritage mediation/critical
heritage studies and the information society. She has received funding for her work
from the National Science Foundation, the Institute for Museum and Library Services
and the Department of Defense. She is a member of ALISE and ASIS&T.
Mrs. Desiree Montgomery, Project Administrator
Mrs. Montgomery holds a B.S. in Business and Administration with a minor in Security
and Intelligence Studies. She has over 20 years of experience in management at different
organizations including Fortune 500 companies. She has been an independent contractor
in real estate, has run a small business and brings years of management expertise
to CINSER.
